Emailing Reports


Reports can be emailed to Tenants, Owners or others as necessary.

To email a report, follow these steps:

Setup Email

  1. Tap the Additional Actions icon
  2. Tap Email Report - represented by the envelope icon
  3. Add recipients to the To field

Sending Email

  1. Enter a message for the recipients - this is optional, but recommended
  2. To send the email, Tap the Arrow icon at the top right corner of the Email Report screen.
  3. An Email Sent popup will appear to confirm the email was successfully sent
  4. Tap Ok to finish the process and return to the My Reports screen

Only finalised reports can be emailed. Reports must be synced prior to emailing.
