Syncing Reports
The term sync is how Inspect Live retrieves and sends data between itself and your Forms Platform. Synchronise all the latest report updates from the Forms Platform with the Sync Reports feature.
Once a report is created, edited or photos attached, it must be synced before these changes are visible in the Forms Platform. Conversely, once a report is created or updated in the Forms Platform, Select sync all reports for the latest version to appear in Inspect Live.
Photos will be visible in the Forms Platform via the Photo icon. Photos also appear at the end of the report after downloading and are shown separately in the link provided by the Share/Email feature.
syncing reports requires an internet connection. We recommend being connected to a WiFi network when syncing.
The option to add or update the last 20, 100 or All reports from your Forms Platform account to your device is available on Sync.
